Senator Hagerty Tours Progress at Domtar Kingsport Mill
Domtar was pleased to welcome Senator Bill Hagerty on Friday, Aug. 20, for a discussion about the future of recycling and a look at the ongoing work at the Kingsport Mill site. Following the tour, which was led by Mill Manager Troy Wilson, Hagerty spoke with regional media, commenting that “Electronic commerce has really changed the way packaging requirements are being fulfilled here in the United States. Domtar realized that. They’ve taken a major investment to get ahead of the curve and really move in the direction the market is going. It’s very exciting to see what’s happening here.”
