FORT MILL, S.C., Feb. 16, 2026 — Domtar has named Tony Clary as mill manager of the company’s Kingsport, Tennessee, packaging facility. Clary has served at the Kingsport Mill since 2023, holding roles as production manager and OCC & Utilities manager before assuming responsibilities as interim mill manager.

Clary brings 27 years of experience in the paper industry, leading high‑volume manufacturing operations for several major paper producers. His background includes expertise in process optimization, production efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.

“Tony has played an important role in the Kingsport conversion and is a well‑respected leader among employees and within the community,” said Rildo Martini, vice president of Packaging Operations. “We are confident he will continue to foster strong relationships and help drive the mill’s ongoing success.”

Clary holds a degree in Pulp & Paper Science and Technology from North Carolina State University.

The Kingsport Mill, originally opened in 1916, is a longstanding landmark in downtown Kingsport with prime access to the Holston River. In January 2023, the mill became Domtar’s first 100‑percent recycled packaging facility. Today, it operates one of the largest containerboard machines in North America.
