KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Domtar’s Kingsport Mill has donated $2,500 to Ballad Health’s Holston Valley Medical Center in support of the hospital’s “90 Years of Service” campaign. The contribution reflects Domtar’s commitment to strengthening the communities where its employees live and work.
“Holston Valley Medical Center has been a cornerstone of care in our region for nearly a century,” said Tony Clary, interim mill manager. “We are proud to support their milestone celebration and honor the hospital’s legacy of providing life-saving care and compassion to families across Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.”
Holston Valley Medical Center, a flagship hospital in Ballad Health’s system, has served the community since 1935. The anniversary campaign recognizes the hospital’s enduring impact while supporting its ongoing mission to deliver advanced health care for generations to come.
Domtar’s support underscores its longstanding role as a community partner in Kingsport. The Kingsport Mill employs more than 250 people and continues to invest in both local economic development and civic initiatives that improve quality of life.
